Primary Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts
Ageing: In stainless steel at controlled temperature, with 2 months on fine lees, followed by cold stabilisation, filtration, and bottling
Organoleptic Properties
Appearance: Pale, delicate rosé hue
Nose: Subtle fruitiness with primary aromas of strawberry and raspberry
Palate: Fresh, dry, and elegant, with a harmonious finish and a pleasant mineral touch

Ideal with sushi, raw fish, fish pâtés, or cheeses
